Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver live customer service to English and French speakers
• Handle inbound calls and emails, logging each interaction

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Retail experience preferred
