Guest Experience Ambassador

Step into a dynamic role as a Guest Experience Ambassador at the Dorian, Autograph Collection & Courtyard by Marriott Calgary. Deliver outstanding service while managing arrivals, coordinating valet, and sharing local insights.

In this welcoming position, your focus is on creating a flawless start and finish for every guest's visit. With a minimum of one year of experience in a similar environment, you'll engage directly with guests, ensuring their comfort and safety. Key tasks include coordinating guest vehicle flow and maintaining the pristine condition of the entrance area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide genuine greetings and assistance to guests

• Manage the Valet parking process efficiently

• Ensure safety during vehicle entry and exits

• Facilitate transportation requests such as taxis and Ubers

• Assist with luggage handling and organization

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant customer service experience

• Graduate of a Hospitality or Tourism program

• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 pounds

• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends
