Elevate guest experiences as a Guest Services Associate at Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott in Calgary South. This role requires attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs for guests
• Provide exceptional service tailored to guest needs

• Share local information and recommendations
• Liaise with housekeeping for seamless operations
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• Familiarity with office equipment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
