Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and modify room reservations accurately

Requirements:

• High school graduation with customer service training

• Minimum one year in a similar guest services position

• Keyboard speed at 40wpm with accuracy

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

• Must complete a criminal background check
