Alamo is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support its inside sales team. Candidates must have experience in mechanical fields or as a Parts Person, with responsibilities including job scheduling, tracking, and comprehensive customer service. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for overtime and on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact professionally with customers through various channels
• Schedule, track, and complete customer job orders
• Process invoices and manage payment collections
• Work alongside Shop Managers on daily priorities
• Engage actively in Sales and Marketing initiatives
Requirements:
• Professional demeanor in customer interactions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in computer use, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new software tools
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
