In this vital role, you'll oversee nine team members within the Customer Experience department, which plays a key role in processing substantial NPK orders. Your leadership will foster continuous improvement in processes, customer support, and efficient resource allocation. You will play a central role in ensuring the customer portal becomes the primary resource for transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise timely and accurate order-to-cash transactions

• Address financial information requests from auditors and stakeholders

• Ensure the accuracy of customer master data in systems

• Collaborate with internal and external teams on operations

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Customer Experience or related field

• 5+ years of team management experience in related function

• Detailed understanding of customer experience processes

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
