Join Wood Automotive Group as a Customer Service Representative at Advantage Ford. You will greet service customers and handle service inquiries with professionalism.
This role is ideal for candidates who are committed to providing excellent customer service and are reliable team members. As a CSR, you will manage service phone calls, engage in outgoing communications, and maintain strong customer relationships. Previous experience in the automotive sector is beneficial but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm receptions for all service customers
• Efficiently respond to service phone calls with care
• Conduct outgoing calls to follow up with customers
• Use computer skills for effective data management
• Assist with customer inquiries concerning services offered
Requirements:
• Available for Monday to Friday work with rotating Saturdays
• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Previous experience in a dealership is preferred
• Team-oriented and dependable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and communication tools
