As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers in understanding product features and addressing concerns.
Your role involves managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails while ensuring that every interaction is accurately logged. You will serve both in-store customers and the online service team, focusing on delivering professional and courteous customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide live support to Mark’s and L’Équipeur customers
• Clarify product features to aid customer decisions
• Manage and resolve customer queries and issues
• Inform customers about promotions and savings opportunities
• Offer after-sales support to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in French and English, verbal and written
• Familiarity with retail and customer service databases
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
