As a Customer Care Agent, you will serve as a vital support voice for our clientele, communicating through phone, email, and chat. You are expected to deliver accurate information while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationships. Your proactive approach will contribute to account growth and enhance our service reputation.

Requirements:

• Comfortable in a hybrid onshore/offshore working environment
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
