You will lead the Calgary-based call centre team of approximately eight, steering efforts in performance management and customer satisfaction. Your operational hands-on approach will ensure effective escalation handling and retention strategies. Collaboration with ownership to optimize processes and drive growth will be essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Sales and Customer Service teams
• Handle customer escalations and ensure retention
• Supervise daily operations of the call centre
• Use CRM tools for performance data analysis
• Develop team members through coaching and mentoring
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in a high-volume customer service role
• Ability to manage KPIs and accountability processes
• Hands-on experience in customer resolution techniques
• CRM platform usage, specifically Hub Spot, is preferred
• Must work on-site and during peak operation times
