As an Airline Support Specialist, you will manage hotel and transportation reservations, serving as the main point of contact with our airline partner.
Your role focuses on client needs, ensuring timely responses and resolution of any issues while adapting to schedule changes. This position requires readiness for various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as liaison between API and airline partner
• Process client requests accurately and efficiently
• Track and follow up on all transactions
• Work with vendors to secure best rates
• Use reservation systems effectively to assist clients
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and writing skills
• Experience in airline or travel services preferred
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Successful completion of API training required
Excel in customer support while navigating the airline industry.
