Take the next step in your career as a Customer Service Specialist us on order processing, customer satisfaction, and complaint management.
This role, designed for 6 months to 1 year, reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. You will handle customer orders through various systems, ensuring that every detail is accurate. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving issues professionally and promptly, which is key to maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule orders and maintain accurate records
• Check order details for pricing and product accuracy
• Facilitate deliveries and manage inventory checks
• Communicate effectively with reps and customers
• Process credit applications as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer engagement
• Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong math and keyboarding skills
• Comfort working in a moderate noise office environment
