EFC is seeking experienced Customer Service personnel for full-time, temporary rotational roles, based at our Horizon location. Engage in passenger handling, check-in coordination, and customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with aviation standards. Flexible shift patterns are based on both camp and flight duties, allowing increased engagement with clients across various service channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist passengers at camp and aerodrome
• Generate and manage flight manifests for check-in
• Handle baggage and resolve missing/damaged luggage issues
• Liaise with various departments for operational coordination
• Maintain orderly work areas to support safety standards
Requirements:
• Two years’ experience in Customer Service, aviation preferred
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and flight reservation systems
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
