In the role of Customer Care Coordinator, you will oversee essential administrative tasks that support service operations and enhance customer interactions. You will manage work orders, ticket tracking, and communications among customers and stakeholders, prioritizing requests for timely resolutions. Your organizational skills and customer service orientation will ensure that all service requests are handled effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage work orders and track customer service requests
• Facilitate communication among teams and customers
• Ensure prompt handling of incoming service inquiries
• Follow up post-service appointments for customer satisfaction
• Liaise with corporations for new home hookup requirements
Requirements:
• Three years in a service administrative role
• Proficient in computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service oriented mindset
• Prior construction knowledge is an asset
