As a Resident Support Services Agent, you will be the point of contact for residents and vendors, resolving various inquiries related to products and services. This position offers the chance to collaborate with Community Managers and internal departments for prompt issue resolution.
Your role will also involve educating clients to minimize future issues, creating a better service experience overall.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve inquiries efficiently from residents and boards
• Collaborate with internal teams for quick resolutions
• Document all issues and resolutions properly
• Evaluate residents' needs through effective communication
• Close homeowner service tickets promptly
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent writing and speaking abilities
• Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute
• Knowledge of property management software is beneficial
