Position: Calgary Member Services Representative Role

Responsibilities include supporting members one-on-one, answering inquiries in a multi-channel environment, and documenting member interactions accurately. Key Responsibilities:

• Support members through one-on-one in-person sessions

• Answer member queries via phone, email, and in-person

• Process and document member interactions accurately

• Collaborate with team members and management regularly

• Educate members on pension-related matters and plans

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in business or finance is desirable

• 1-2 years of contact center experience preferred

• Strong aptitude in mathematical and financial concepts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
