Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and involves managing orders, complaints, and communications with customers and representatives. Key duties include verifying orders and managing product availability to meet customer demands effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and maintain orders via EDI or email
• Verify pricing, products, and shipping addresses
• Calculate truck load percentages for deliveries
• Communicate issues and updates to customers
• Resolve disputes and manage customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years in customer service
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Good PC and keyboarding skills
• Basic math skills for calculations
