Job Overview

The incumbent will review and process documents in both French and English to meet regulatory obligations. The role requires advanced communication skills in both languages. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule.

• Account administration and trade execution for all mutual fund retail account types for the Processing Team.
• Contact internal and external clients to gather missing information and resolve order issues in a timely manner.

• College diploma required (recent graduates encouraged); equivalent experience acceptable.
• Bilingualism, French and English, verbal and written, required.

The hourly rate ranges from $27 to $34, based on experience and qualifications.

Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. Positions available in Montreal, Toronto and Calgary.

The contract ends on May 31, 2027.
