Virtual Customer Relations Associate
Support oil and gas ownership inquiries as a remote role. Provide explicit communication, manage inquiries, and log critical information. Focus on facilitating customer interactions and maintaining an organized case tracking system.
Bring 2+ years of customer service experience. The role embraces effective communication and requires high availability during business hours. You will calm upset callers and ensure their inquiries are addressed promptly. Leverage your customer service skills to enhance owner relations and contribute meaningfully to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to oil and gas owner calls efficiently
- Record inquiries into case tracking systems
- Log escalation messages clearly and timely
- Listen to voicemails and manage cases diligently
- Handle high call volume with professionalism
- High School Diploma necessary
- 2+ years relevant customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Applications
- Ability to articulate clearly under pressure
- Comfortable in managing tense situations with callers
