This full-time position prioritizes customer feedback management and effective communication within a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will address inquiries from customers, enriching their experience while working with various departments across Canada. Your ability to convey information effectively and handle inquiries via Salesforce Service Cloud will be vital for meeting performance goals.
