As a Customer Solutions Coordinator at Accomsure, you’ll manage claims from intake to resolution, ensuring accuracy and speed in a high-volume environment. This role emphasizes problem-solving, multitasking, and client service to effectively support policyholders in distress during catastrophic events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own intake and progression of new claims proactively
• Resolve client inquiries on claims with efficiency and service
• Maintain accurate records and documents during processing
• Guide policyholders through temporary housing journeys
• Match clients to suitable housing solutions based on urgency
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Office and quick learning abilities
• Proven track record of delivering client-centered solutions
