As a Service Writer, you will play a vital role in ensuring clear communication between customers and our service teams. Your ability to manage work orders and coordinate repairs will significantly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service
• Clearly document and manage customer service requests
• Collaborate with technicians to provide timely quotes
• Manage the opening, updating, and closing of work orders
• Facilitate daily shop walkthroughs to update customers
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a Service Writer or related position
• Familiarity with work order management and quotes
• Excellent organization and relationship-building abilities
• High school diploma required; post-secondary is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
