Bilingual Facilitator at Paladin Airport

We are looking for part-time and casual team members at Paladin Airport Security Services dedicated to quality service. Your primary role involves articulating CATSA procedures in both languages while supporting passengers who may require additional assistance. You will also collaborate closely with screening staff to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist at passenger screening processes proactively

• Explain procedures in French and English clearly

• Provide support for special needs and mobility challenges

• Collaborate with Screening Officers for service excellence

• Promote diversity and cultural awareness in customer interactions

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in a customer service capacity

• Proficient in French and English

• Previous experience in a regulated environment

• Strong diplomatic communication skills

• Capable of physical tasks to assist passengers
