In this seasonal role, report to the Reservation & Guest Support Manager. Your expertise will support three leading RV rental brands, ensuring swift bookings and effective problem-solving on the road. Strong multitasking abilities and detail-oriented service are crucial for success in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome Guests with professional support over the phone

• Provide accurate booking information and create quotes

• Confirm reservations and process payments efficiently

• Resolve guest complaints and manage refunds per policies

• Offer on-road assistance to Cana Dream customers when needed

Requirements:

• Proven guest service and communication skills

• Bilingual in English and French

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or call centers

• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle required
