Position: Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and provide a superior experience for arriving customers. This full-time graveyard shift position runs Saturday to Wednesday, 11 PM-7 AM.

In this dynamic role, you will greet customers, process their transactions, and guide them in navigating services. We seek candidates with two to three years of customer service experience to ensure client satisfaction. Your engagement will help exceed expectations every night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with queries

• Accurately process various payment methods

• Advise customers on products and services

• Assist with navigation of parking facilities

• Maintain an organized customer service booth

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Flexibility for weekend and shift work

• Basic computer proficiency
