Westside Guest Relations Ambassador

Become a key part of customer service with the Westside Guest Relations team. This part-time role focuses on providing exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.

As a Guest Relations Ambassador, you will welcome and engage visitors to the facility, maintaining security and facilitating access. You’ll help with program registrations, sales, and inquiries while creating strong relationships with guests and staff alike.

Your role is vital for enhancing the overall experience, ensuring guests leave with a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and warmly welcome guests at all times

• Provide facility access and programming information

• Monitor guest access and maintain a secure environment

• Engage with guests to build positive rapport

• Accurately handle cash and complete daily transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma required

• 1+ years of guest service experience preferred

• Current Alberta Approved First Aid Certification

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptation to new technology

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Excel in front-line customer service and support guests at Westside as their Ambassador.
