This position challenges you to deliver high-quality support within a structured environment. You will manage requests such as orders, invoicing, and communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Aid the Client Services Team in servicing clients

• Participate actively in training sessions and audits
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and LIMS
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Highly organized with effective time management
• Attention to detail in all tasks
