Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule vehicle appointments using management system

• Provide responsive customer service through various channels

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s license
