In this essential part-time role, you will be at the forefront of member engagement at Good Life Fitness. Your responsibilities will include greeting members, managing incoming calls, and assisting with Fit-Fix sessions. You will yield your expertise and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and check in club members

• Manage calls and appointment bookings efficiently

• Assist members in using fitness equipment

• Promote memberships and convey knowledge of amenities

• Ensure club cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

• Valid CPR-A & AED Certification

• Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Strong customer focus and interpersonal savvy

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Proficient in communication and technology
