As part of our team, you will process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery. You'll collaborate with several internal departments, while also handling customer inquiries both proactively and professionally. Your focus on maintaining high standards will significantly contribute to our operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of product sales orders daily
• Communicate with sales managers and client success teams
• Provide proactive assistance to customers via phone and email
• Identify improvements and propose solutions
• Handle inquiries related to shipping and payments
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Net Suite is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and remote communication tools
