In this key position, you will accurately process customer orders and work closely with diverse teams to enhance order fulfillment. Engage with clients through effective communication, while ensuring high standards of service and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also oversee shipping disputes and assist with credit card transactions, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process high-volume sales orders
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Client Success teams
• Address customer inquiries promptly through various channels
• Handle shipping disputes and build solutions
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing and credit matters
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year in customer support or related role
• Proficiency in CRM systems;
Net Suite is an asset
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities
