Join The Brick's distribution center as a Customer-Focused Service Representative, emphasizing exceptional customer interactions. Your problem-solving skills will enhance our service team.
We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to expand our customer service capabilities. This role supports both internal and external clients through phone assistance and administrative functions while fostering a team-oriented atmosphere. You will create service work orders and assist in training new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer support via inbound calls
• Identify discrepancies and generate necessary reports
• Create service work orders efficiently
• Offer administrative support across departments
• Train new associates and promote teamwork
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• Prior warehouse experience favored but not essential
• Superior communication skills required
• Dependable and punctual approach is necessary
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
