Membership Specialist

Position: Calgary Winter Club Membership Specialist
Support and engage Members as a Membership Specialist at the Calgary Winter Club, ensuring a high-quality, welcoming experience throughout their journey. This role requires attention to detail in managing Membership accounts and inquiries.

In this vital role, you will report to the Director of Membership & Engagement, focusing on maintaining shareholder family accounts. Your expertise in handling Membership categories, onboarding new Members, and supporting transitions is key to fostering lasting relationships. Strong empathy and professionalism will help you build trust with Members as you navigate their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and verify Membership details and documentation

• Facilitate onboarding and account changes for Members

• Support Member inquiries regarding billing and engagements

• Collaborate with other departments for engaging activities

• Ensure smooth processes for reciprocal club communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in customer service or Membership roles

• Knowledge of billing systems preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Evident interpersonal and communication skills
