This role is crucial to NRG's operations team, functioning as the primary contact for DEB CA customers. You will proactively manage service interactions to ensure timely resolution of inquiries while fostering relationships that boost customer retention. Your impactful role includes supporting electronic billing adoption and contributing to quality assurance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for customer lifecycle interactions
• Proactively manage service delivery to resolve issues
• Handle billing and payment inquiries through teamwork
• Promote electronic billing among DEB CA clientele
• Follow up on customer inquiries to confirm satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English essential
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
