You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality interactions at every level. The position requires accurate documentation of client interactions and effective collaboration with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond professionally to inquiries via phone and email
• Schedule and manage follow-up communications
• Document and track client concerns and interactions
• Collaborate with teams for effective problem resolution
• Maintain organized client records using EMR
Requirements:
• Experience in client service or healthcare settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively
• Flexible availability for morning shifts from 7AM–8AM
