As a pivotal member of the Workplace Operations team, the Community Lead is responsible for improving the overall workplace experience. The position demands expertise in service delivery, communication, and relationship building. You’ll support employees, partners, and visitors in an inclusive environment while ensuring adherence to regulations and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day support and first point of contact
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding for employees
• Monitor and report on campus capacity
• Ensure meeting rooms meet workplace standards
• Organize community engagement events and activities
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree with 1+ year of customer service experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and meeting room technology
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Standard First Aid certification is a plus
