Located in Calgary, Mercedes-Benz Country Hills is searching for a motivated Appointment Coordinator to join their Service Department team. You’ll focus on converting inquiries into scheduled service appointments while managing a multi-line phone system. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will ensure customers receive top-notch service during their automotive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
• Schedule and manage service appointments seamlessly
• Greet and assist walk-in guests promptly
• Maintain vehicle keys and important documents organized
• Uphold a courteous and professional manner at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a call center environment
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Preferred experience in an automotive or BDC setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage 40-60+ calls per day
