As a Customer Success Leader, you will work directly with key accounts to maximize their use of Clio's AI technology.
Your role will emphasize relationship management, data-driven insights, and workflow optimization to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will facilitate business reviews and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build expert relationships with high-value integration partners
• Leverage AI insights to recommend strategic improvements
• Conduct regular business reviews to align goals
• Drive adoption and renewal strategies for clients
• Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives for improved service
Requirements:
• 4+ years in a Customer Success Management role
• Proven track record in driving retention and growth
• Experience with change management processes
• Effective communication skills for varied audiences
• Knowledge of SaaS and legal tech environments
