Overview
Country Hills Ford is looking for an Internal Advisor/Dispatcher who thrives in a fast‑paced dealership environment. The role is the central point connecting inventory, technicians, detail teams, and vendors to ensure each vehicle moves efficiently and customer promises are delivered on time.
As part of the next step in our hiring process, selected candidates will be required to complete a brief video submission.
Core Responsibilities- Create work orders for preparation of new/pref‑owned inventory for sale.
- Advise Sales Management of additional work required and associated cost.
- Arrange and invoice sublet repairs for above vehicles.
- Process invoices for above vehicles.
- Process and complete appropriate checklists and warranty registration for above vehicles.
- Ensure timely completion of all work requests so vehicles can be delivered as scheduled.
- Ensure work orders are dispatched with correct skills and promise times.
- Update advisors in a timely manner of any delays or issues.
- Work with shop foreman to ensure all work is completed and distributed.
- Answer all incoming phone calls within three rings.
- Answer inquiries and acquire assistance if necessary.
- Perform service department administrative tasks as directed by management.
- Report any situation or condition that could jeopardize safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees or customers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- PBS experience is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service abilities.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to maintain filing systems and database.
- Professional appearance and friendly disposition.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑pressure environment.

Full time.
Compensation- $70,000–$100,000+ with bonuses.
