Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction

• Sort mail and manage package deliveries
• Ensure all areas are clean and welcoming
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with others
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT skills
• Adaptable and positive in a fast-paced setting
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work
