As part of Vivo's Guest Services team, you will engage with both internal and external customers, ensuring an outstanding client experience across all channels.
Your role requires an understanding of various programs and services, including fitness, aquatics, and events. You will also manage bookings using the legend software while addressing guest inquiries effectively and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong customer relationships through in-person and remote interactions
• Become knowledgeable about facility offerings and membership options
• Use the legend software system for bookings and registrations
• Adhere to Vivo's policies on cancellations and memberships
• Assist guests by asking relevant questions and providing tailored solutions
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service roles
• Post-secondary education or relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills in all formats
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Flexible availability for shifts during mornings, evenings, and weekends
