Become an Alterations Customer Service Representative at David's Bridal and be the face of customer satisfaction. Guide clients through their alterations needs and ensure their special items shine.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality service from greeting clients to finalizing pickups. You will assist with appointments, pressing garments, and promoting alteration services, all while collaborating with the leadership team to manage customer flow. Your proactive approach in addressing concerns will significantly enhance the in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers with enthusiasm across communication channels
• Manage operational tasks to meet service vows
• Press and spot clean garments effectively
• Escort clients for appointments and ensure timely service
• Build strong relationships to enhance year-round customer loyalty
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service or retail experience
• Knowledge of POS systems necessary
• Helpful sewing experience appreciated
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
