Position: Casual Concierge at The Journey Club
Provide top-notch service as a Casual Concierge at The Journey Club in Mahogany's Westman Village community. Engage with residents, managing their needs and making their experiences memorable every day.

Join a team dedicated to exceptional customer service in the hospitality and senior living industry. The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to work weekends. You will facilitate connections between residents and departments while also handling requests for transportation and special services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver courteous service to residents and guests

• Act as a liaison between residents and departments

• Arrange special services such as transportation and reservations

• Manage phone calls and emails professionally

• Perform daily safety checks in residents' suites

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check required
