Position: U-Haul Customer Service Specialist
Serve customers effectively at U-Haul in Calgary as a Customer Service Representative. Utilize advanced technology to manage rentals and educate clients on services in a physical work setting.

This pivotal role involves assisting customers at the U-Haul center, managing inventory via smartphone applications, and handling truck connections. Your responsibilities will extend to inspecting and maintaining equipment, preparing invoices, and receiving returns, with continuous training provided through U-Haul University to enhance your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers for service and product queries

• Manage rental inventory using U-Scan technology

• Perform inspections and cleaning of U-Haul equipment

• Drive and connect U-Haul trucks and trailers

• Fill propane tanks and operate licensed forklift

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a good record

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Physical fitness for equipment handling

• Enthusiasm for ongoing training and development

• Comfort with working in environments with safety considerations
