The System Support Representative position at CGIC involves offering exemplary client service across policy and billing applications. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide procedural guidance on Auto and Habitational applications
• Assist staff with Salesforce navigation and inquiries
• Investigate and resolve issues in policy and billing applications
• Document thorough records in the Incident Management system
• Handle billing transactions from incoming calls
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education completed
• Two years of call centre experience
• Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) in progress is a plus
• Familiarity with Policy Centre and Salesforce is advantageous
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
