Elevate customer service at Voices as a Customer Support Specialist. This remote role combines problem-solving with customer safety for a diverse client base, from Voice Over Talent to Enterprises.

In this position, you will support the Delivery & Operations team by resolving inquiries and ensuring platform integrity. Required skills include experience in customer support, familiarity with Salesforce and Slack, and a customer-first mindset. Your problem-solving initiatives will enhance service efficiency while maintaining client trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize urgent cases and inquiries across multiple channels

• Review and approve legitimate job postings and packages

• Tag cases accurately for data-driven insights

• Collaborate across departments to share customer challenges

• Recommend process improvements for Customer Support workflows

Requirements:

• College diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration

• Experience in advanced customer support roles

• Fluency in English;
Spanish proficiency is an asset

• Familiarity with productivity platforms and AI support tools

• Exceptional time management and agility in prioritizing tasks
