Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer queries promptly and professionally
• Process payments and invoices accurately
• Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines
• Keep documentation organized and up to date
• Provide general support for office tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• Experience with automotive parts is highly desirable
• Familiarity with relevant software systems is an asset
• Must possess a valid Driver’s license
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Support customers effectively and contribute to the success of CSN Collision in Calgary.
