As a valued member of the Donor Ministry team, you will engage in customer service-focused tasks, addressing inquiries and enhancing donor experiences. Ideal candidates will have front-line customer service experience and be adept at managing both inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality customer service to donors via multiple channels
• Respond courteously to inquiries from staff, donors, and the public
• Forward French calls to bilingual representatives professionally
• Maintain updated knowledge of SPC procedures and functions
• Investigate donor complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements:
• Must commit to Christian values and precepts
• Relevant customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
