Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support via phone, chat, and email to customers

• Address inquiries about energy bills and solutions
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints
• Maintain customer accounts accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer contact experience
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Strong MS Office and keyboard skills
• Familiarity with social media and online tools
