Join Clayton as a vital team member responsible for handling customer interactions and complaints. With at least two years of related experience, you will leverage your proficiency in AS-400 and MS Office, particularly Excel, to maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls
• Handle complaints and provide suitable solutions
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions
• Coordinate service requirements efficiently
• Schedule jobs for contractors as needed
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years in customer care coordination
• Proficient in AS-400 and MS Office products
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
